  13. I recently purchased the new Cardinal 28.8 Internal Speakerphone Modem and am 
  14. having some problems with lots of noise coming from the card. There is a 
  15. static sound that occurs intermittantly along with a consistant background 
  16. noise that is very annoying. Also, my TV is effected by the modem, from two 
  17. rooms away! I think that there is a defect in the modems output circuits but 
  18. it may just be a bad design. Does anyone else have this problem with this 
  19. modem?
